A much-anticipated COVID liability bill moves closer to reality in Missouri. Senator Tony Luetkemeyer started discussion this week on Senate Bill 51.
Senate Bill 42 is also part of the proposal. During discussion, Senator Doug Beck said he wants to ensure this legislation does what it promises.Senate Bill 51 received first-round approval. Another vote would send it to the Missouri House for consideration.
